We think we are seeing the beginnings of a smiley baby.

We bought Lily a baby play gym. She is facinated by all the toys. She likes to talk to them. Her favorite is Mr Pineapple.

Yesterday Lily turned one month old. What a big girl! Today we hopped in the car and drove to Greenlake for a walk.

Lily's Great Aunt Breeda and Great Uncle Ted sent her a hip little outfit from London. Lily likes to be fashion forward!!!

Grandpa & Grandma Bonney spent the day with Lily today. She sure loves them!!!!

Lily is starting to look around a lot more. Her hair looks slightly reddish in the light.

Aunt Eileen and Uncle Steve came up from Olympia for a visit.

Lily went to the doctor today and she now weighs 7lbs 12oz! So she gained nearly an entire pound in one week. She is apparently still hungry enough to try to eat her hand however.

We took at trip to Lily's Uncle Dave and Aunt Becky's house. She got to meet her cousins for the first time! Here's Lily with Aunt Becky and Cousin Dylan.

We've been feeling a bit "cooped up" these last few days, so we took at car ride down to the beach at Edmonds. Lily slept through the whole thing, but we think she enjoyed the fresh air.

Lily's grandma Patty came over and helped out for our first days home. She was also visited by her Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim.

Rocker

So, we bought her one of those fancy baby rockers. That thing is worth it's weight in gold! Later, she got her first bath at home... she wasn't too thrilled. We're hoping she learns to like the bath eventually.

Finally home

After spending four nights in the hospital, we were anxious to get our little girl home! We soon discovered that she liked to be rocked constantly in her car seat, which gets tiring after about an hour or so.
